• A Beltex policy is issued by Spinnaker Insurance, established in 2015, and with an A- (Excellent) financial rating by AM Best.

• Admitted policy - admitted (vs non-admitted) policies are subject to stricter regulation and provide more standardized coverage. If the admitted insurance company fails, the state’s insurance fund will help make payments on claims if needed. (source)

• Beltex will be available and fully licensed in all 50 US states (currently pending for AK, CA, FL, GA, MA, MS, NM, NY)

• Businesses up to $100m/yr revenue are eligible for coverage, with a $1mm aggregate standard limit (up to $3mm coverage available by contacting [email protected])
